Chambal Ghariyals secured another victory in the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) T20 Scindia Cup 2026 women’s tournament by defeating Royal Nimar Eagles by 9 wickets in a rain-shortened match at Daly College in Indore. Opting to bowl first, Chambal Ghariyals restricted the Eagles to 62/3 in seven overs, with Kalyani Jadhav and Soniya Singh stabilizing the innings for the Eagles.

Kalyani contributed 23 runs off 15 balls before being caught by Pooja Vastrakar, while Soniya remained unbeaten at 14 runs. In response, Chambal Ghariyals, led by Kanishka Thakur’s aggressive 46 not out, comfortably chased down the target in 5.4 overs, with captain Pooja Vastrakar adding 15 runs.

Gwalior Shernis emerged victorious against Bhopal Wolves by two runs in a closely contested match at Daly College, Indore. Gwalior Shernis posted a competitive 134/3 in 20 overs, with captain Nuzhat Parween and Sonam Yadav’s strong batting performances leading the way.

Parween scored 50 runs in 48 deliveries, supported by Sonam’s impressive knock, falling just one run short of a half-century. The Gwalior bowlers maintained pressure throughout, restricting Bhopal Wolves despite late fireworks from Rishita Parihar and Aayushi Shukla’s efforts.
