Shashikant Suthar, a Chemistry teacher from Sikar, Rajasthan, revealed details about the NEET-UG 2026 exam paper leak investigation. After the exam on May 3, Suthar discovered similarities between viral PDF questions and the actual test. He noticed that 45 out of 104 Chemistry questions were identical to the leaked ones.
Discussing with a Biology teacher, Suthar found all 90 Biology questions also matched the leaked paper. Suspecting a leak, they informed authorities and decided to contact the NTA, CBI, and Education Ministry. Suthar praised the NTA for promptly responding to the issue and initiating an investigation.
Appreciating the investigative agencies for their quick actions, Suthar emphasized their efforts to protect students’ futures and minimize stress. He acknowledged the NTA’s Director General for personally looking into the matter and ensuring a thorough investigation. Suthar also commended the decision to conduct a re-examination on June 21 for fairness.
Not seeking recognition, Suthar emphasized the duty of teachers and citizens to support students’ well-being. He criticized the arrested teachers allegedly involved in the paper leak, highlighting the importance of integrity in education.
