The Chennai Super Kings, five-time champions, have revealed their new jersey for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season. The unveiling took place with a special video that showcased the team’s iconic captain, MS Dhoni, and the fresh design of the 2026 jersey. This new jersey retains the essence of CSK while incorporating modern elements like a revamped camouflage pattern and five stars representing their five IPL titles.
CSK, after a disappointing performance in the previous season, has undergone significant squad changes for the upcoming IPL 2026 season. Notable transfers include all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran being traded for wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson. The team has also added promising young talents like Prashant Veer and Karthik Sharma. Ruturaj Gaikwad will continue to lead the team as they strive for their sixth IPL title.
Preparations for the new season are in full swing as CSK gears up with a preparatory camp in Chennai. Around 15 Indian players are expected to participate, with internationals like Sanju Samson and Shivam Dube joining after the T20 World Cup. Shreyas Gopal, fresh from the Ranji Trophy final with Karnataka, will also link up with the team later on.
