The Congress, under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, will kick off its “Chhatron Ki Goonj” agitation from Kota, Rajasthan, focusing on issues like paper leaks, exam irregularities, and increasing unemployment. This campaign aims to address concerns affecting India’s youth and recruitment challenges. Gandhi will directly engage with students and exam aspirants in Kota on Wednesday.
The initiative, announced by AICC General Secretary K.C. Venugopal, will see Rahul Gandhi participating in student conventions across various cities, starting from Kota and moving on to Allahabad, Patna, and Delhi. The Congress has raised alarms over recurring paper leaks, recruitment irregularities, and the rising unemployment rate, which are seen as threats to the future of young Indians.
The party aims to mobilize students, job seekers, teachers, and youth organizations through this campaign, highlighting these issues at a national level. The events will bring together various stakeholders affected by exam-related controversies, emphasizing challenges like paper leaks, exam costs, recruitment issues, and the need for a transparent education system. The campaign will commence in Kota, known as a coaching hub, to provide a platform for students nationwide to voice their concerns and seek solutions.
