The Delhi Metro is set to conduct its “12th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey – 2026” from July 15 to August 14. Anuj Dayal, Principal Executive Director of Corporate Communications, highlighted that the survey aims to gather feedback from commuters regarding various aspects of Metro services and facilities. Participants will provide detailed feedback on different topics through a comprehensive questionnaire, with opportunities to suggest improvements.
Commuters interested in participating in the survey can access the survey form on DMRC’s official website at www.delhimetrorail.com. The survey, available in English and Hindi, covers seven key topics for feedback. The links for all survey topics will be accessible on the website for one month, concluding on August 14. Commuters are encouraged to share their views on critical aspects such as service availability, facilities, information, service quality, customer assistance, external services, and safety measures.
Dayal emphasized that the survey is crucial for understanding passenger perspectives on Metro services. The feedback received will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing various aspects of Metro facilities and services. The Delhi Metro, known for its extensive network spanning approximately 416 km with over 300 stations, including the Airport Express link, aims to leverage the survey results to make necessary improvements based on commuter input.
