Director Vivek Agnihotri, known for films like ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘The Tashkent Files’, expressed gratitude to PM Modi as Operation Sindoor completes one year. Agnihotri praised the armed forces and PM Modi for showcasing India’s commitment to peace and strength. He emphasized the importance of sharing the story of Operation Sindoor truthfully and powerfully to preserve its significance.
Agnihotri, in a social media post, commemorated the one-year anniversary of Operation Sindoor, highlighting India’s resilience and unity. The operation, conducted at 9 terror sites in Pakistan, targeted terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. While Pakistan attempted to spread misinformation, Indian forces maintained a non-escalatory stance during the strikes.
Teaming up with producer Bhushan Kumar, Agnihotri is set to work on the film ‘Operation Sindoor’. The offensive, which involved surface-to-surface missile strikes on terror camps, was a response to a terrorist attack in Pahalgam that resulted in civilian casualties. Despite Pakistan’s claims, evidence supporting the downing of Indian fighter jets remains unsubstantiated, with reports indicating collateral damage in some areas.
