Actress Eva Longoria revealed that she, her husband Jose Baston, and their seven-year-old son, Santiago, have been dividing their time between Spain and Mexico for years. Longoria mentioned that the major change has been the slower pace of life they now enjoy. She shared that her family particularly loves the leisurely meals and lack of rush in Spain.
Longoria, known for her Texas upbringing and Los Angeles lifestyle, expressed her appreciation for the relaxed lifestyle in Spain. She highlighted the difference in work culture, where long lunches are cherished compared to the typical rushed working lunches in the U.S. Longoria emphasized the stress-free environment of not having to rush back to work after a meal.
The actress also pointed out the absence of traffic in their Spanish residence, a stark contrast to the congested roads she was accustomed to. Longoria mentioned that she finds joy in walking everywhere due to the peaceful surroundings. Despite the perks of living abroad, Longoria admitted to missing her Texas family and good Mexican food while away from home.
Longoria shared that her son transitioned from homeschooling to attending school in Los Angeles as she geared up to direct her second film, The Fifth Wheel. She rose to fame for her roles in The Young and the Restless and Desperate Housewives. Longoria has also made appearances in various films and TV shows, including winning an Imagen Award for her performance in Overboard.
