Filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan recently revealed that she never expected the classic comedy “Andaaz Apna Apna” to achieve its iconic status. During a visit to actor-comedian Vir Das’ home for her vlog, they enjoyed cooking mushrooms and indulging in ice-cream sundaes. Vir Das praised his movie “Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos,” drawing parallels to the success of Farah’s film “Om Shaanti Om.”
Farah Khan expressed her initial doubts about “Andaaz Apna Apna” during a conversation with Vir Das. She candidly admitted that upon watching the Salman Khan-Aamir Khan starrer in 1994, she had predicted it would fail at the box office. Despite its initial lackluster reception, the film, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and starring Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, and others, has now gained a cult following for its unique storyline.
