The final rites of the renowned playback singer Asha Bhosle took place at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. Various notable figures from the music, film, political, and business sectors paid their respects to the departed legend.
The mortal remains of Asha Bhosle were taken from her residence in Lower Parel to the Shivaji Park crematorium in Dadar. She was laid to rest with full state honors, draped in the tricolor.
Prominent personalities like Aamir Khan, Vicky Kaushal, political leaders including the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, and actress Helen were among those who paid their last respects at the Shivaji Park.
Actress Poonam Dhillon, along with Asha Bhosle’s granddaughter Zanai Bhosle, also offered their condolences at the legendary singer’s residence. Asha Bhosle, a highly influential singer, passed away on Sunday, having received several accolades during her illustrious career.
