Former Madhugiri Congress MLA K.N. Rajanna, a close aide of Siddaramaiah, dismissed speculations of a Chief Minister change in Karnataka. Rajanna clarified that discussions in Delhi might revolve around a cabinet reshuffle and upcoming elections, not leadership alterations.
Rajanna, addressing the media in Bengaluru, highlighted that recent Delhi visits could be linked to the Rajya Sabha and Legislative Council polls. He emphasized that while some may aim for ministerial roles or the Chief Minister position, he personally harbors no such ambitions.
Regarding potential political shifts, Rajanna suggested that talks in Delhi might center on the impending elections and a possible cabinet restructuring. He mentioned that a clearer picture would emerge upon the Chief Minister’s return from the capital.
