Gujarat BJP President Jagdish Vishwakarma expressed disapproval of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s labeling of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a “terrorist.” Vishwakarma emphasized that such remarks not only insulted Modi personally but also 140 crore Indians. He urged the public to respond fittingly to the Congress.
Vishwakarma highlighted the positive impact of development under Modi’s leadership, noting that progress had extended beyond Gujarat to the entire nation. He credited Modi for setting new development standards in Gujarat, which the country now follows.
Discussing past water scarcity challenges, Vishwakarma praised the current BJP government for ensuring water supply to all corners of Gujarat. He criticized the Congress for delaying approvals, causing hardships, and contrasted it with the swift action taken after Modi assumed office.
Vishwakarma underscored various agricultural initiatives, including financial support for farmers, tractor subsidies, and procurement at support prices. He reiterated the BJP’s commitment to providing facilities for all citizens, citing schemes like Ayushman Bharat and 24-hour electricity supply.
Emphasizing local development efforts, Vishwakarma mentioned the inauguration of train services to Dabhoi and highlighted the significance of investment summits for industrial growth. He criticized the Congress for opposing decisions he deemed in the national interest, such as the Ram temple construction and implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act.
