Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel emphasized the Bharatiya Janata Party’s direct engagement with voters, encouraging full participation as campaigning for the local self-government elections wrapped up. Patel, accompanied by State BJP President Jagdish Vishwakarma, addressed the public during a roadshow in eastern Ahmedabad. He highlighted the BJP’s efforts to mobilize voters, urging them to cast their votes in full support.

The roadshow, starting at Shyam Shikhar crossroads, traversed through various areas before concluding near Khodiyar Mandir on 80 Feet Road. BJP MP Hasmukh Patel mentioned that the visit aimed to garner support ahead of the upcoming polling. The leaders focused on rallying residents from specific wards to ensure victory for all party candidates in the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation elections.

Karnavati Mahanagar BJP President Prerak Shah noted the grand roadshow’s organization across four wards, with the Chief Minister and State BJP President’s significant presence. The event witnessed the participation of residents, including individuals of all age groups, who greeted the leaders as the convoy passed through. The campaign featured party flags, music, and slogans, with BJP workers accompanying the procession throughout its route.

Expressing gratitude, BJP leaders appreciated the residents’ turnout and active involvement during the event. The local self-government elections are scheduled for April 26, marking an important phase in the democratic process.
