Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, speaking at a public meeting in Dahod district, expressed criticism towards the Congress for struggling to find candidates to contest elections. Sanghavi highlighted the Congress’s challenges, stating that they are facing difficulties in fielding candidates for elections.
Sanghavi also took aim at Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi, noting that those advocating for tribal rights need to show support for tribals when in Gujarat. He emphasized the importance of recognizing the contributions of tribal communities to the nation’s progress and Gujarat’s development.
During his address, Sanghavi praised the tribal community’s historical role in the country’s growth, citing their bravery during the Indian Rebellion of 1857. He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership for fulfilling the aspirations of freedom fighters and improving the living conditions of tribals.
Sanghavi contrasted the current BJP government’s direct benefits to farmers with the alleged corruption of the previous Congress administration. He highlighted the progress in Dahod district, noting the significant number of Ayushman card holders and improvements in infrastructure and safety for the tribal population.
In a separate meeting with social leaders in Jalat village, Sanghavi discussed upcoming programs and initiatives, underscoring the government’s commitment to further development in the region.
