Jasmine Shekar played a strong round of 3-under 68 to take a three-shot lead in the sixth leg of the Hero Women’s Pro Golf Tour at Jaypee Wishtown Golf Course. Despite two late bogeys, Jasmine’s performance positioned her ahead with one round remaining. In the earlier round, she had an even par 71, but in the second round, she recorded six birdies and three bogeys to reach 3-under 139.
Ridhima Dilawari, a multiple winner this season, maintained her consistency with a round that included one birdie and one bogey on the front nine, followed by par on the back nine for the entire stretch. Neha Tripathi and Amandeep Drall secured the third and fourth positions, with Neha at 1-over 143 and Amandeep at 2-over 144.
A group of seven players shared the fifth spot at 3-over 145, including Anvitha Narender, Saanvi Somu, Shweta Mansingh, and Khushi Khanijau. Khushi, the initial round leader, dropped to 77 in the second round after an impressive start with 68. The cut-off at 153 allowed 34 players out of 53 to advance to the final round, with notable names like Seher Atwal and Jahanvi Bakshi missing the cut.
