North Korean leader Kim Jong-un recently visited the Central Cadres Training School of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) to commemorate its 80th founding anniversary. Describing the school as a “strategic fortress” crucial for the party’s existence, Kim was accompanied by senior party officials during his visit.
The Central Cadres Training School serves as North Korea’s premier political education institution, focusing on training and reeducating party cadres. Kim emphasized the school’s vital role in educating young cadres, especially in maintaining party spirit amidst generational transitions.
During his visit, Kim underscored the enduring commitment to North Korea’s people-centered policy, despite challenges like abuse of power and corruption. Additionally, he witnessed a friendly football match between North Korea’s U-17 women’s team and Naegohyang Women’s FC, celebrating recent sporting achievements.
