Actress Lara Dutta celebrated her husband, former tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi’s birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post. She shared unseen photos with a message wishing him a happy birthday and added love-struck emojis. Lara and Mahesh first met during a business meeting, which was reportedly a ploy by Bhupathi to meet her. Despite Bhupathi being married at the time, they eventually got divorced in 2009.
Entering the next chapter, Lara and Mahesh tied the knot in a simple ceremony in Mumbai on February 16, 2011, followed by a Church wedding on February 20, 2011. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Saira, on January 20, 2012. Recently, Lara celebrated 15 years of marriage with Bhupathi, describing their relationship as a mix of fire and air, with her igniting flames and him calming them.
On the professional front, Lara will appear in “Welcome To The Jungle,” directed by Ahmed Khan. The sequel boasts a star-studded cast including Suniel Shetty, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, and others.
