Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is set to attend an event organized by the state’s agriculture and horticulture departments in Burhanpur district on February 14. He will address farmers and unveil projects totaling 362.15 crore, covering infrastructure, public amenities, agriculture, and more. Additionally, the Chief Minister will inaugurate 32 completed projects worth Rs 334.22 crore across various areas in Burhanpur district, as confirmed by his office.
Yadav will also lead a roadshow starting from Jijamata Square to Nehru Stadium, where locals will welcome him. An exhibition highlighting government schemes and achievements by the Agriculture and Horticulture Departments will be held at the venue. In preparation for the event, the district administration and local BJP representatives have begun arrangements, including security measures and parking logistics, overseen by Superintendent of Police Devendra Patidar.
Security will be tight during the Chief Minister’s visit, both inside and outside the venue, to prevent any security breaches. Recent security concerns arose during a previous visit to Shahdol, where Congress workers attempted to obstruct the Chief Minister’s convoy.
