Madhya Pradesh’s Urban Development Minister, Kailash Vijayvargiya, has sparked a political discussion by expressing worries about the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)’s expansion. He highlighted a shortage of “good human beings” within the organization since the BJP’s rise to power. Vijayvargiya’s comments come amid the Congress’s heightened criticism of the RSS and BJP regarding financial irregularities linked to the Ram Mandir.
Speaking at an event in Bhopal, Vijayvargiya pointed out that many government officials now claim affiliations with the RSS following the BJP’s governance. He emphasized that the rapid growth of the organization should not compromise its fundamental values and essence. Vijayvargiya stressed the importance of maintaining integrity and character within the RSS amidst its increasing reach.
The minister’s observations have gained significance in the political realm as they coincide with escalated opposition scrutiny of the RSS. Vijayvargiya highlighted the need for introspection within the organization to uphold its core principles and ensure the presence of individuals embodying its ideals.
