The state is gearing up for elections in 29 municipal corporations, including the BMC, scheduled for Thursday. Fadnavis, in an interview, addressed various topics such as minority appeasement, interference in investigations, and plans to address illegal religious structures and expel Bangladeshi migrants.
Fadnavis highlighted the BJP’s inclusive candidate selection process, focusing on public welfare and development. He stressed the party’s commitment to addressing region-specific issues and delivering on promises of growth and progress if elected to power.
The CM also responded to criticisms regarding campaign narratives, emphasizing the BJP’s focus on development projects and accusing rivals of diverting attention from key issues.
