In a disturbing incident in Greater Noida, a man is accused of killing his 13-year-old son and disposing of the body in a pond to frame his relatives in a property feud, as per the police. The incident occurred in Sirsa village under the Kasna Kotwali police station jurisdiction.
Upon receiving a report on May 7 about the sudden disappearance of the boy, the police initiated a missing person inquiry and formed a specialized team to locate him. Initially, the father claimed that some relatives had abducted the child, leading the police to explore this angle.
However, inconsistencies in the father’s statements during interrogation led to suspicions. Subsequently, the police scrutinized CCTV footage, interviewed locals, and searched the area, ultimately discovering the boy’s body in a village pond, causing shockwaves.
Following technical evidence and questioning, the father was arrested. Investigations revealed an enduring property dispute within the family, suggesting a plot by the accused to incriminate his relatives falsely. The police utilized technical surveillance and evidence to crack the case.
