Governor Bhalla inaugurated the monumental National Flag at Kangla Nongpok Torban in Imphal, marking the first installation of such a flag in Manipur. This initiative aims to enhance national pride and promote the visibility of the Indian flag across the country. The event was part of efforts to strengthen the state’s development trajectory and foster a sense of unity and patriotism among its citizens.
