The Indian Army’s Western Command, through a social media post, celebrated the inauguration, led by Sanjay Kumar and Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar, General Officer Commanding of Kharga Corps and Senior Patron of Army Public Schools.

Surgeon Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), marked the Army Medical Corps Raising Day by expressing gratitude to the AFMS and reiterating their dedication to bolstering operational readiness. Emphasizing a comprehensive vision that integrates medical science, policy, and practice, the AFMS Director General aimed to enhance support for defense forces in various scenarios.
On the occasion of the Army Medical Corps Raising Day, the Defence Ministry honored the valor, dedication, and selfless service of the Army Medical Corps.
