The upcoming bilingual comedy film, ‘Raawadi,’ directed by Vignesh Vadivel, will star Basil Joseph and L K Akshay Kumar. Produced by S.S. Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, the movie is simultaneously being made in Tamil and Malayalam. The teaser introduces Basil Joseph as Abbas and L K Akshay as Prabhu in this college-based story.
The narrative revolves around Prabhu, a senior student who wields influence in the college. From managing liquor supplies to leading his group in conflicts, Prabhu’s character is central to the plot. His gang includes quirky individuals like Kicha, Jolly Joseph, and Udhaya, each adding their unique flair to the storyline. Abbas’s entry into the college stirs up a conflict within the group, with differing opinions on his role.
The film, ‘Raawadi,’ also features John Vijay, Sathyan, Shariq Hassan, and actress Aishwarya Sharma in key roles. Vignesh Vadivel makes his directorial debut with this project, promising an entertaining cinematic experience. The technical crew includes Leon Britto for cinematography, Jen Martin for music, and Barath Vikraman for editing. Art direction is in the hands of P. S. Hariharan, with Priya as the costume designer.
