Adhikari acknowledged the challenges faced by bureaucrats under the previous regime and encouraged a departure from past practices.
Adhikari indicated a performance-based reward system for civil service officers going forward. He advised caution in expenditure from the state exchequer and urged against unnecessary spending. Additionally, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity and transparency in financial matters, instructing officers to steer clear of corruption.
