A Western Disturbance is expected to bring light rainfall to northern and western Rajasthan on December 31 and January 1. The districts of the Bikaner division and the Shekhawati region, including Bikaner, Churu, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, and surrounding areas, are likely to experience the rain.
Weather officials anticipate a drop in temperatures due to intensifying cold winds, with the possibility of dense fog in some areas during the first week of January. Director of the Meteorological Centre, Jaipur, Radheshyam Sharma mentioned that cloudy conditions are expected in parts of the Bikaner division and the Shekhawati region on December 31 and January 1. Light rain or drizzle may occur in some places during this period.
