American popstar-actor Nick Jonas, known for his marriage to actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, is set to make a comeback to the Camp Rock franchise after a 16-year hiatus. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Nick discussed his return as Nate Gray in “Camp Rock 3” and teased a cameo by the Jonas Brothers. The new movie, set to debut on Disney Plus in August, will introduce a fresh group of talented campers whom Nick described as “absolute superstars.”

Nick expressed excitement about reprising his role and praised the young cast, emphasizing that the upcoming film promises to be entertaining and enjoyable. He mentioned a special cameo featuring himself and his brothers, highlighting the surreal experience of revisiting Camp Rock after so many years. Nick’s enthusiasm for the project and the new cast members suggests a promising revival of the beloved franchise.

The original Camp Rock movie, released in 2008 and directed by Matthew Diamond, starred Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas, and other talented actors. The sequel, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,” followed in 2010, featuring a storyline that pitted Camp Rock against a rival summer music camp. With the anticipation building for “Camp Rock 3,” fans can look forward to a fresh take on the beloved series with Nick Jonas at the helm once again.
