He emphasized that legal action would be taken if the notice is not adhered to. Pookutty’s lawyer highlighted that unauthorized use of Pookutty’s intellectual property was misleading the public and harming his reputation.
In the notice, it was specified that only officially authorized accounts, websites, channels, and platforms could use Pookutty’s name and trademarks. All unauthorized use of his identity, trademarks, and other intellectual property was demanded to be immediately stopped. The notice also called for the cessation of any form of monetization and commercial exploitation of Pookutty’s content.
The lawyer further warned against creating or distributing false, misleading, or defamatory content related to Pookutty. Failure to comply with the notice would result in legal action, including civil, criminal, and statutory proceedings.
