A personal dispute between Kerala Transport Minister K. B. Ganesh Kumar and his wife, Bindu Menon, has become public. Menon revealed past marital issues, with tensions escalating after Ganesh Kumar assumed office. She claimed that disagreements within the household intensified recently, alleging mistreatment by the minister’s associates. The incident unfolded at their Valakom residence, where Menon reported an unsettling situation.
Menon stated that she witnessed an alarming scenario in their bedroom, leading her to take photographs. She alleged that the minister’s driver and staff members interfered with her actions. Despite emotional distress, she clarified that she did not engage in physical violence or use offensive language. Seeking assistance, she contacted the police control room and her sister-in-law for support.
Following the incident, Ganesh Kumar dismissed the allegations as politically motivated ahead of elections. He emphasized that personal matters should not be exploited for gain and denied any inappropriate behavior towards women. Ganesh Kumar, a former minister who had faced similar accusations in the past, asserted his commitment to public service and integrity. The controversy has sparked attention due to his previous resignation over allegations from his first wife.
