PM Modi expressed his prayers for everyone to be enriched with courage, determination, and success through the blessings of Mother Kalaratri. He highlighted the confidence and energy instilled by the worship of Devi Ma, sharing a devotional song ‘Kali Kali Bol Roshona’ by Sohini Mukherjee.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also conveyed his wishes, referring to Maa Kalaratri as the destroyer of the wicked and bestower of auspicious blessings. He prayed for happiness, peace, prosperity, and positive energy to spread across the universe through Maa Bhagavati’s divine grace. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta described Maa Kalratri as the “slayer of enemies and the wicked,” emphasizing the auspicious fruits bestowed upon devotees by this form of Mother.
The name “Kaalratri” signifies the force that brings an end to darkness, representing the emergence of light and wisdom. Goddess Maa Kaalratri, known for her fierce nature, is depicted with four arms symbolizing fear and protection. She grants boons, protection, and fearlessness to her devotees, wielding a sword and iron club to vanquish evil forces. Navratri celebrations are ongoing nationwide, with devotees flocking to temples for prayers.
