Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at the inauguration of the Pachpadra Refinery in Balotra district, handed appointment letters to five newly recruited government employees. One emotional moment occurred when PM Modi stopped a nervous police constable from leaving the stage hastily, offering words of encouragement. Among the recipients was Pintaram Garasia, a Rajasthan Police constable, who was urged by PM Modi to stay confident and not be afraid.

Pintaram, hailing from Pindwara tehsil in Sirohi district, described the experience as the most memorable moment of his life after receiving the appointment letter. Another appointee, Shruti Gupta from Bharatpur, a School Lecturer, shared her joy at being the first gazetted officer in her family. PM Modi advised her to continue excelling in her work during their interaction.

Diksha, appointed as an Assistant Agriculture Officer in the Agriculture Department, expressed her excitement at finally receiving her appointment after waiting since 2018. PM Modi congratulated her and emphasized the importance of working with honesty. The Prime Minister also handed appointment letters to Manoj Kumar, a Class IV employee, and Lovepreet Singh, a Village Development Officer, during the event.
