In a message, PM Modi praised Lord Ram’s life of sacrifice and discipline, urging people to draw inspiration from his values. He emphasized that Lord Ram’s ideals are timeless and can guide not just Indians but all of humanity. The Prime Minister expressed his hope for the well-being of all, aiming for a developed and self-reliant India under the blessings of Lord Ram.
Lord Ram, revered for his righteousness and moral principles, serves as a role model for many, embodying qualities of justice and virtue. Temples across the nation witnessed devotees gathering to offer prayers and engage in traditional rituals on this auspicious occasion. The festivities typically include fasting, recitations from the Ramayana, and religious processions.
PM Modi also extended his wishes on the eighth day of Chaitra Navratri, dedicated to Goddess Mahagauri, seeking blessings for happiness, prosperity, and good health for all.
