Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) success in the Haryana Municipal Corporation elections, calling it a remarkable win that reflects public trust in the government’s development and governance strategies. The BJP secured significant wins in Ambala City, Sonipat, and Panchkula, along with strong showings in other civic body elections. PM Modi expressed joy over the victory, highlighting the people’s enduring faith in the BJP-NDA government’s policies.

The recent triumph in Haryana adds to the BJP’s recent electoral victories in West Bengal and Assam, showcasing continued support for the party’s agenda. PM Modi emphasized that the win underscores the populace’s confidence in the government’s focus on progress and effective governance. He also commended the party workers for their dedicated efforts that contributed to this success.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini also lauded the BJP candidates for their wins, acknowledging the unwavering backing of the state’s residents. He attributed the victory to the people’s trust in PM Modi’s leadership and development-oriented initiatives. Saini urged the elected representatives to fulfill the expectations of the public, noting that the resounding mandate has energized the party.

In the Rewari Municipal Council elections, the BJP clinched a significant victory, with Vineeta Pippal securing the chairperson’s position by a substantial margin. Notable wins for the BJP include securing 16 out of 22 wards in the Sonipat Municipal Corporation, with the Congress winning the remaining six. The BJP also saw success in various other municipal elections, further solidifying its position in the region.
