PM Modi Inaugurates Bhairavaikya Mandir in Karnataka

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Bhairavaikya Mandir at Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasansthan Math in Srikshetra Adichunchanagiri, Mandya district, Karnataka. He emphasized India’s rich cultural heritage spanning thousands of years, calling it a living civilization. PM Modi also visited the Kala Bhairava temple within the Math premises, offering prayers and paying respects to the late Balagangadharanatha Swamiji.

Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji and Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy were among the dignitaries accompanying PM Modi during the visit. Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister praised the Adichunchanagiri Math for preserving ancient traditions and heritage for nearly 2,000 years. He highlighted the Math’s history of spirituality, service to society, and the continuity of guru parampara.

PM Modi commended Karnataka for its blend of philosophy and technology, symbolizing deep spiritual roots and technological progress. He described the Adichunchanagiri Mahasansthan as a valuable asset that has guided society through teachings, moral values, and spiritual leadership. The Prime Minister also acknowledged the contributions of spiritual leaders like late Balagangadharanatha Swamiji in shaping society and inspiring service.
