PM Modi extended birthday wishes to President Murmu and announced the development of Pahadpur village as a Solar Village, ensuring solar power for every household. He emphasized the importance of this initiative in providing free solar electricity to the residents and boosting their income through surplus power generation.
Drawing a parallel with Odisha’s Sun Temple at Konark, PM Modi expressed confidence that Pahadpur would serve as a model solar-powered village. President Murmu, in turn, appreciated PM Modi’s visit to her village, recognizing his efforts to uplift tribal communities nationwide.
During the visit, PM Modi and President Murmu offered prayers at sacred groves and visited a school and skill center established by President Murmu in Pahadpur village.
