The Prime Minister’s visit included the inauguration and foundation stone laying for projects focusing on road connectivity, power infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial development in Surat. Notable projects launched aim to enhance connectivity and support economic growth in South Gujarat. PM Modi also visited the Hazira industrial area to review ongoing operations and infrastructure projects.
PM Modi highlighted the recent local body elections in Surat, noting the BJP’s significant victory. He expressed gratitude for the continued support from the people, emphasizing the government’s dedication to fulfilling their aspirations. The visit to Surat was part of PM Modi’s itinerary in Gujarat and Daman on World Environment Day, where he inaugurated development projects in both regions.
