The political clash between the BJP and RLP in Rajasthan has escalated legally, as RLP convener Hanuman Beniwal served a legal notice to State BJP President Madan Rathore for allegedly defamatory comments. Beniwal objected to Rathore’s statements, claiming they damaged his reputation socially, personally, and politically.
Demanding a public apology and retraction of the remarks, Beniwal highlighted that baseless allegations can create confusion and hostility in society. He emphasized the need for responsible behavior from individuals in public or constitutional roles.

The notice warned of potential legal consequences for such remarks, emphasizing the importance of factual accuracy and decorum in public discourse. The ongoing verbal sparring between BJP and RLP leaders has intensified, with both sides engaging in sharp political exchanges over recent events in Rajasthan politics. The legal notice is expected to further fuel the political standoff between the two parties.
