The controversy over the government bungalow at 10 Circular Road, currently occupied by former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, is escalating as members of the ruling alliance in Bihar continue to make statements. Bihar’s Higher Education and Law Minister, Sanjay Singh Tiger, has urged Rabri Devi to vacate the government residence and move into the alternative accommodation provided by the state government. He emphasized that government bungalows are public assets and must be vacated once alternative arrangements are made.
The minister stated that official residences are reassigned periodically for administrative reasons, and all public representatives are expected to comply with such decisions. Responding to opposition allegations of political vendetta, he maintained that the government has provided opposition leaders, including Rabri Devi, with separate accommodation, security arrangements, and necessary amenities. The controversy has sparked a political debate between the ruling NDA and the opposition RJD, with the issue revolving around the government bungalow at 10 Circular Road in Patna.
Sanjay Singh Tiger also addressed the recent attack at a coaching institute run by Khan Sir, assuring that strict legal action would be taken against the perpetrators. He emphasized the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order, directing law enforcement agencies to ensure that those responsible for the attack are brought to justice.
