Actress and filmmaker Pooja Bhatt honored the memory of late actor Mukul Dev on his first death anniversary by sharing an emotional post on social media. She posted a striking black-and-white portrait of Mukul Dev, recalling him fondly in a heartfelt message. Mukul Dev, known for his versatile performances in the 90s and early 2000s, had a significant presence in Bollywood with films like ‘Wajood’ and ‘Son of Sardaar’.

Both Pooja Bhatt and Mukul Dev, though not co-stars on screen, shared a close friendship off-screen. Mukul Dev, a popular face from the entertainment industry, made his Bollywood debut in 1996 with the film ‘Dastak’, alongside Sushmita Sen. He was also recognized for his work in television shows and music albums.

Mukul Dev, who passed away at the age of 54 in New Delhi after battling health issues, was the younger brother of actor-model Rahul Dev. Before his demise, he had completed filming for ‘Son of Sardaar 2’, which became his final posthumous release. Rahul Dev, in a heartfelt statement, shared the news of Mukul Dev’s passing and bid farewell to his brother with love.
