Preity Zinta shared her appreciation on social media, thanking the PBKS supporters for standing by the team through the highs and lows of the tournament.
Punjab Kings, led by Preity Zinta, finished the IPL 2026 league stage in fifth place with 15 points, narrowly missing the playoff qualification by one point. Despite starting strong and winning their first six matches consecutively, the team couldn’t secure a spot in the playoffs. The actress also revealed her upcoming project, an action-comedy film titled “Vibe,” where she stars alongside Kunal Kemmu.
“Vibe,” produced by Kunal Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani under Drongo Films, is set to release on September 18 this year. The movie, featuring Sparsh Shrivastava and debutant Vanshika Dhir, follows the story of two friends whose ordinary lives take a thrilling turn, testing their friendship and survival skills. Additionally, Preity Zinta will appear in “Lahore 1947,” directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and backed by Aamir Khan, focusing on historical events surrounding India’s partition.
