Senior officials from Delhi Police, Delhi Fire Services, and rescue services are on-site, overseeing the situation following the massive fire. Upon receiving the news, ten fire tenders were dispatched promptly to the scene, managing to bring the fire under control. However, the damage caused by the fire was substantial.
Efforts are ongoing to rescue any remaining individuals who may be trapped in the building. Some individuals attempted to escape by jumping from the upper floors, leading to injuries. The injured have been taken to a nearby hospital, with reports indicating that some are in critical condition.
