Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly criticized Iranian assaults on civilian targets in Bahrain and Kuwait, denouncing them as a severe violation of both countries’ sovereignty. The attacks, including one on Kuwait International Airport, caused significant damage and injuries, leading Qatar to reject such actions and emphasize the importance of safeguarding against unprovoked attacks to restore regional security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar expressed solidarity with Kuwait and Bahrain, supporting their efforts to protect their sovereignty and security. It also extended well wishes for the swift recovery of those harmed in the assault. Earlier, Kuwait reported that Iranian drones targeted Kuwait International Airport, resulting in injuries and damage to the passenger building.

In response to the attacks, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defence confirmed the incident, stating that the armed forces are closely monitoring the situation and are prepared to address any further developments. The Kuwait Army emphasized the need to take necessary measures to maintain the country’s security and stability in the face of such aggression.

Meanwhile, the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force accused Iran of ongoing hostile actions, including missile and drone attacks on civilian sites in Bahrain. Bahrain’s air defence systems successfully intercepted and destroyed missiles and drones, underscoring the country’s readiness to defend against such threats and protect its citizens. The General Command urged vigilance and immediate reporting of any suspicious objects following the attacks to prevent further harm.
