Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch in July 2021 in connection with an alleged pornography production and distribution case. Accused of being a key conspirator in creating and circulating adult content through mobile apps, he faced charges under various laws. Despite maintaining the content’s erotic nature rather than pornographic, he spent around two months in custody before being granted bail in September 2021. Now, seeking discharge and freedom, he highlights the toll of the ongoing legal battle on him.
