Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma praised the impact of RAJIVIKA on women’s empowerment during the Village Development Chaupal in Chudada village. He highlighted how RAJIVIKA has enabled rural women to participate in lucrative enterprises, fostering social change in rural regions. Emphasizing the importance of uplifting women, youth, farmers, and laborers, the Chief Minister affirmed the government’s dedication to their welfare in alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.

The Chief Minister lauded initiatives like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and the Ujjwala Yojana for enhancing women’s economic empowerment and quality of life. He also mentioned the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, advocating for increased women’s representation in legislative bodies. Despite facing opposition, the government remains committed to women’s welfare, implementing schemes like the MAA Voucher Scheme and Lado Protsahan Yojana to support women and girls.

Under various programs, including the Matru Vandana Yojana and Lakhpati Didi Scheme, financial assistance and empowerment tools have been provided to women across the state. The Chief Minister encouraged women to join Rajivika groups, promoting self-reliance and economic independence. He reiterated the government’s focus on tribal village development and applauded tribal communities for preserving Rajasthan’s cultural heritage.

During the event, the Chief Minister interacted with Rajivika members, distributed cheques to Self-Help Groups, and directed officials to establish support structures for women entrepreneurs. The program, attended by several dignitaries and local artists, showcased the success stories of women associated with Rajivika, highlighting their economic progress and newfound identities.
