Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma lauded the Union Budget 2026, calling it inclusive, progressive, and visionary. He commended the budget’s presentation by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, viewing it as a robust roadmap for a developed and self-reliant India. CM Sharma expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Sitharaman for crafting a budget that caters to the aspirations of all sections of society.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the budget signifies the government’s dedication to balanced development and long-term national progress. He highlighted that the budget extensively covers various sectors of the economy, ranging from infrastructure and artificial intelligence to rural prosperity, tourism, youth empowerment, and healthcare, outlining a holistic vision for India’s future. Additionally, he noted the significance of technology and innovation in driving growth alongside traditional sectors.
CM Bhajanlal outlined three core objectives guiding the budget. Firstly, to boost economic growth through increased investment and job creation. Secondly, to enhance facilities, services, and opportunities for citizens, aiming for an improved quality of life. Lastly, to ensure that the benefits of development are accessible to all segments of society, aligning with the government’s motto of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.’
The Chief Minister emphasized the budget’s balance between modernity and heritage, focusing on strengthening infrastructure while preserving cultural values to foster a healthy, capable, and confident nation. He highlighted that targeted spending on social welfare and public health will foster a more inclusive and resilient society. CM Sharma concluded that the Union Budget 2026 will propel India towards becoming a developed nation, contributing significantly to a robust, self-reliant, and empowered India.
