The Rajasthan government has instructed all District Collectors to promptly evaluate crop damage following recent heavy rainfall in various parts of the state. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has directed ground-level surveys to be conducted for timely relief to affected farmers. Officials are tasked with assessing crop losses, especially in rain-affected districts, to facilitate quick processing of compensation and relief measures.

Reiterating the government’s support for farmers, Sharma emphasized the importance of assisting the agricultural community. He highlighted the state’s commitment to providing necessary aid to farmers affected by the recent heavy rainfall. Ensuring swift assessment and relief disbursal is a key priority for the state administration to alleviate the impact on farmers.

Amid concerns over crop damage due to rainfall, the government aims to expedite relief efforts for affected farmers. The directive seeks to address the challenges faced by the agricultural sector and mitigate losses caused by the inclement weather. Reports of hailstorms and unseasonal rainfall have raised alarms among farmers, prompting the government to take proactive measures.

The recent weather disturbances in Rajasthan have led to a significant drop in temperatures across the state. Several regions, including Jaipur, Kota, Bharatpur, and Sikar, have experienced thunderstorms and rainfall. The Meteorological Department forecasts the possibility of more rain and thunderstorms in northeastern and western Rajasthan in the coming days. Residents have witnessed a sudden change in weather conditions, necessitating a return to warmer clothing during mornings and evenings.
