Rajasthan is prepared for the re-conduct of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) with over 2.09 lakh candidates appearing at 577 centers in 25 districts. Security measures include HD-quality CCTV cameras and signal jammers at exam venues to prevent malpractice.
Mobile networks may face disruptions near centers due to signal jammers. The exam will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with candidate entry starting at 11 a.m. and closing at 1:30 p.m. Indian Railways has arranged special trains for candidate transportation on various routes.
Alwar district has 27 exam centers for around 10,000 candidates with strict monitoring through CCTV and jammers. The Special Operations Group (SOG) has set up a helpline for reporting irregularities. Udaipur has 29 exam centers with a monitoring committee for oversight.
Authorities have established a 300-meter no-entry zone around each exam center and activated cyber monitoring teams. Photocopy shops and cyber cafes near venues will be closed on exam day. Jodhpur will host nearly 15,000 candidates at 46 centers with extensive administrative and police monitoring.
