Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted the importance of upholding values during war, drawing from Lord Ram’s teachings. He mentioned Operation ‘Sindoor’ as a modern example of India’s commitment to these principles. Singh stated that just as Lord Ram aimed to eliminate unrighteousness, India’s objective in the operation was to combat terrorism effectively.
Singh praised India’s measured and disciplined response during Operation ‘Sindoor’. He emphasized the significance of acting purposefully and with restraint, mirroring Lord Ram’s approach. The Defence Minister pointed out that the operation showcased India’s commitment to dignity and righteousness, echoing Ram’s values.
According to Singh, Lord Ram symbolizes humility, virtue, and compassion, transforming into a warrior against injustice when needed. He underlined that Ram’s dignity is integral to India’s identity, guiding the nation to stand firm against terrorism while maintaining sensitivity towards the innocent. Singh stressed that India’s goal is to dismantle the terror ecosystem, akin to Ram’s mission to eradicate unrighteousness.
Describing Lord Ram as a moral compass for humanity, Singh highlighted his embodiment of truth, resolve, and good governance. He noted that Ram’s influence extends beyond scripture, influencing decisions, power dynamics, and societal debates. Singh also commended Ayodhya’s development, especially the Ram Temple’s role in establishing the city as a global religious tourism hub.
Praising the progress in Ayodhya, Singh credited the government’s efforts in creating world-class infrastructure while preserving faith and heritage. He termed the Ram Temple movement as a historic struggle rooted in societal consciousness, emphasizing the city’s transformation into a modern, prosperous model. Singh concluded by stating that the consecration of Lord Ram was not just a religious event but a resurgence of national consciousness, promoting strength and dignity.
