Actor Randeep Hooda recently shared a touching moment of fatherhood by becoming a storyteller for his infant daughter, Nyomica. He posted a candid picture on social media showing him reading to his daughter while seated beside his wife, Lin Laishram.
In the picture, Randeep, dressed casually, is engrossed in reading from a children’s book, while his daughter listens from her mother’s lap. Randeep captioned the photo with sentiments about the joy of storytelling to a new audience, referring to his daughter.
Randeep and Lin welcomed their first child, Nyomica Hooda, on March 10 this year. The name ‘Nyomica’ was chosen by Randeep’s sister, Anjali Hooda, and signifies “Divine Grace, Freedom, and vastness like the sky.” The couple had a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony in Imphal, Manipur, on November 29, 2023.
Professionally, Randeep has made a mark with his intense performances in Bollywood, starting with his debut in Mira Nair’s film ‘Monsoon Wedding’ in 2001. He has since delivered notable roles in various films and received acclaim for his recent performance in the web series ‘Inspector Avinash.’
