The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief, Mohan Bhagwat, is set to visit Bhopal for a two-day event starting Friday. The visit is part of the RSS’s 100-year journey, where Bhagwat will engage with social and religious leaders, youth, and women in various sessions on January 2 and 3. Activities include ‘Yuva Samvad’ and ‘Pramukhjan Goshthi’ on Friday, followed by a ‘Samajik Sadbhav Baithak’ and ‘Shakti Samvad’ on Saturday.
During the event, youths from all 31 districts of the ‘prants’ will participate, showcasing their achievements in diverse fields. Notable personalities from Bhopal division will attend the interaction with prominent citizens at Ravindra Bhavan. Additionally, a ‘Samajik Sadbhav Baithak’ at the Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre will see the participation of members from different communities.
This marks Bhagwat’s fifth visit to Madhya Pradesh in the last 10 months. Recently, he emphasized the importance of social unity and equality, urging people to transcend barriers of caste, wealth, and language. His message resonates as the nation grapples with issues like the tragic incident involving Angel Chakma, emphasizing the need for harmony and inclusivity in India.
