Acclaimed actors Seema Pahwa and Manoj Pahwa, a real-life couple, are set to appear together in the upcoming show “Perfect Family.” In the series, they play the roles of Kamla and Somnath Karkaria, navigating family dynamics and the pressures of maintaining an ideal family image.
Seema Pahwa emphasized the importance of giving children privacy and support in crucial life decisions like career and marriage. The couple believes in being a guiding presence rather than imposing strict parenting rules on their kids.
Manoj Pahwa highlighted the significance of parents working on themselves to set a positive example for their children. He pointed out the common mistake of contradicting words and actions, which can confuse kids. The show “Perfect Family” aims to address such parenting challenges.
Discussing the societal pressure to be a flawless family, Seema Pahwa expressed that perfection is unattainable. She stressed the need for self-improvement and creating a nurturing family environment, acknowledging that perfection is a subjective concept.

“Perfect Family,” created by Palak Bhambri and directed by Sachin Pathak, features a talented cast including Neha Dhupia, Girija Oak Godbole, Gulshan Devaiah, and Kaveri Seth. The series premieres exclusively on Sony LIV starting June 26.
